About The Founder
Dr. Jonique Burton is a life-long educator who has spent the past 20 years working and serving students, parents, and staff in the public education sector.

Dr. Burton is passionate about mitigating the opportunity gap by facilitating courageous conversations and serving as a change agent with schools, teachers, administrators and families to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion. As a parent of a child with Down Syndrome, Dr. Burton is dedicated to educating all audiences about students with disabilities and their ability to achieve in the least restrictive environment.
